Message from the Senior Pastor
On behalf of the Mineral Springs congregation, welcome to our site. We are happy that you have chosen to investigate our site and we hope that you will find it helpful. We exist for the glory of God and believe that we were made to be in a relationship with God. We believe that the man Jesus is the Lord God of heaven and earth. Jesus is the only Savior of sinners. We love Him and are seeking to fulfill His will in our lives. As His people we strive to sing His praises, proclaim His value and greatness, and love one another as His family.
We are a congregation of evangelical believers committed to the Word of God. We are delighted with many spiritual blessings that we believe God has showered upon us. We do not believe that we are perfect or have arrived but are striving for the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. We view ourselves as being a worshiping family, on mission with God in a needy world but one that we cannot impact without divine intervention. Therefore we seek to move out in dependence on God, in a spirit of prayer with a Christ-centered focus.

About our Pastors
Senior Pastor     Andy H. Rice, Sr.
Andy’s commitment is too expository preaching with the desire of teaching the whole counsel of God.  He does not attempt to teach for intellectual knowledge, but for changed lives, which are lived for the glory of God.  Andy has a deep passion for the glory of God and the advancement of God’s kingdom in this community and around the world.  Andy has been serving as senior pastor of Mineral Springs since 1996. Andy and his wife Beth have two sons, AJ and Jonathan and two grandchildren.

Associate Pastor     Robert (Bobby) Harris, Jr.
Bobby came to Mineral Springs in 1989 and serves as Minister of Music, Senior Adults and is the administrator of Mineral Springs Christian School.  He is a 1985 Graduate of Piedmont Baptist College.  Bobby and his wife Renee have one son Trey.

Minister to Students        Micah Young
Micah attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in North Carolina for pastoral training. After serving in three other congregations God lead Micah to Mineral Springs in 2006 where he serves as minister to students. Micah has been married to Rita since 1995, and they have three boys named Ethan, Luke, Nicholas, a daughter Savannah.
